By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting a form, purchasing, enrolling, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, Legal Notice, and any product-specific terms presented before purchase.

You must have legal capacity to enter these Terms. Our general fitness and longevity programs are designed for adults. Certain content is intended for adults 40+, but age references describe the intended audience and do not constitute a medical assessment or guarantee of suitability. Minors may use services only with permission and supervision required by law.
2. Account and information accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, purchasing, registering, completing a check-in, or contacting support. You are responsible for protecting credentials and activity through your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or incorrect information.
3. Products and services
We may offer physical products, digital downloads, fitness and longevity education, free starter plans, guided programs, memberships, community features, group sessions, trackers, check-ins, coaching or accountability services where expressly stated, and other products described on the website. The content, format, duration, access period, price, and included support will be described on the relevant page.
4. Fitness and longevity services; not medical advice
8Yearsmore provides general educational and fitness information intended to support active living, strength, endurance, mobility, recovery, habits, and consistency. Unless expressly stated, services do not include medical diagnosis or treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, mental-health treatment, emergency support, individualized medical exercise prescription, nutritional or medical treatment plans, continuous monitoring, or guaranteed personal coaching.
All exercise, fitness, longevity, recovery, mobility, lifestyle, and wellness information is educational and does not replace consultation with a physician, physical therapist, licensed dietitian, psychologist, or other qualified professional. Seek appropriate advice before beginning or modifying exercise if you have a medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, significant injury, recurring or unexplained pain, activity restrictions, or concerns about safety.
5. Exercise risks and participant responsibility
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including fatigue, falls, strains, injury, cardiovascular events, aggravation of existing conditions, and other adverse outcomes. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate, obtaining clearance where appropriate, selecting a safe environment, using proper equipment, following instructions, modifying or stopping activity, avoiding exercises beyond your ability, and seeking assistance.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help for chest pain or pressure, fainting or severe dizziness, unusual or severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, sharp or severe pain, or any urgent or concerning symptom. No email, form response, automated message, or community communication is emergency support.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Individual results vary based on health, age, fitness level, adherence, sleep, nutrition, medical conditions, environment, and other circumstances. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, increased lifespan, disease prevention, pain reduction, improved medical markers, event completion, or a particular physical or psychological result. References to longevity or “8 Years More” express the brand’s educational mission and do not guarantee a specified number of additional years of life.
7. Free and paid programs
Free plans may be changed or discontinued, may have limited support, may include automated emails and links to paid services, and do not create an entitlement to individualized coaching, medical review, or permanent access unless expressly stated.
Paid programs may include downloads, emails, videos, trackers, group meetings, community access, and other elements identified on the sales page. Before purchase, the offer should identify program name, price, currency, payment structure, duration, access period, included materials and support, start date where applicable, refund terms, and technical requirements. Content may be released over time.
8. Digital-content license
Subject to payment and compliance, we grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased content for personal use during the stated period. You may not copy or redistribute materials, share links or credentials, publish paid content, resell or sublicense content, record or distribute sessions without permission, remove rights notices, create a competing product, or use materials to train third parties commercially without written authorization. Ownership remains with 8Yearsmore or the applicable rights holder.
9. Program access and changes
We may update content to improve clarity, safety, quality, or relevance and may reasonably change instructors, schedules, platforms, formats, or supporting materials. Reasonable updates do not create a refund entitlement where the essential nature remains available. If a material change substantially reduces the purchased service, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with law.
10. Group sessions and community
If a service includes community or group features, you must treat participants respectfully, avoid harassment and discrimination, respect confidentiality, avoid sharing others’ personal information, avoid unqualified medical diagnoses, avoid solicitation without permission, follow moderator instructions, and use the community for its intended purpose. We may moderate, remove content, restrict access, or remove a participant for conduct threatening safety, privacy, community integrity, or legal compliance. We cannot guarantee other participants will maintain confidentiality.
11. Recordings, photographs, testimonials, and feedback
We will not publicly use identifiable testimonials, images, video, or recordings solely because you participated. Separate notice or consent will be obtained where required. If a meeting will be recorded, participants will receive notice. Private check-in feedback may be used internally to operate and improve the program and will not be published with your identity without permission.
12. Orders, prices, payment, and subscriptions
Prices and currency are displayed at or before checkout. You agree to pay the displayed price, taxes, shipping, and other charges disclosed before purchase. Prices and availability may change before purchase. Payment processing is provided by third parties.
Where a product includes recurring charges, we will disclose the recurring amount, frequency, billing method or date, trial conditions, cancellation method, and consequences before purchase. Recurring charges require the consent required by law. Cancellation terms are set out in the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Cancellation generally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund charges already incurred, except where required by law or the offer.
13. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and shipping
Returns, refunds, cancellation windows, digital-content rules, the 8-week program guarantee, and subscription grace periods are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and product-specific terms displayed before purchase. Physical-product delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
14. Website accuracy and third-party services
We aim to present accurate descriptions, prices, availability, and program information but may correct errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not guarantee that general educational statements apply to every individual. The services may use third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment processors, video-meeting services, community platforms, social networks, analytics tools, and shipping providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
15. Intellectual property and prohibited uses
All website and program content, including text, graphics, logos, plans, videos, trackers, designs, photographs, trademarks, and downloads, is owned by or licensed to 8Yearsmore and protected by applicable law. “8Yearsmore,” related program names, slogans, logos, and branding may not be used without written permission.
You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect others’ information without authorization, circumvent access controls, commit fraud, impersonate another person, resell restricted content, or use program content as a substitute for required professional licensing.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, security concerns, abuse, unauthorized distribution, community misconduct, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Termination does not eliminate obligations accrued before termination.
17. Warranties and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free content, universal exercise suitability, a specific result, or continued availability of third-party platforms. Nothing excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8Yearsmore and its directors, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable conduct. You remain responsible for decisions concerning physical activity.
18. Indemnification and force majeure
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify 8Yearsmore from third-party claims arising from unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, unauthorized content distribution, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our unlawful conduct.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet or platform outages, carrier disruption, labor disputes, public-health events, power failure, cyberattacks, or third-party failures. We will use reasonable efforts to resume services.
19. Governing law, consumer rights, and disputes
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without prejudice to mandatory rights based on residence. Disputes will be submitted to competent authorities or courts in Mexico City unless applicable law gives the consumer the right to proceed elsewhere. Consumers may have rights to seek assistance from the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor.
20. General provisions and contact
If a provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights without our consent. We may assign these Terms in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer, subject to law. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning the services. Product-specific terms govern where more specific, subject to mandatory law. We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date; material changes may be communicated through the website or email.
